COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Construction of commercial units and stand alone retail outlets have been a primary part of our business over the past 10 years. Our completed building structures vary in scale from 10,000 sq. ft to 70,000 sq ft and the complexity of construction has greatly enhanced our level of expertise. A number of our commercial units were built in areas of architectural heritage requiring sensitivity in design, management and skill giving us an increased confidence in taking on challenging projects. Commercial developments continue to be a significant part of our medium to long-term business plan.
