Their expertise is key to the provision of the best possible standard of workmanship and administration.

Daniel O’Connell, Site Manager

Daniel has a Degree in Construction Studies and is an experienced Site Manager. He oversees housing projects from foundation to finish and the final handover of keys.

Pat Barry, Groundwork Supervisor

Pat has over 20 years experience in groundworks having previously worked for Cotter Plant Hire. He has responsibility for the organising and placing of electrical cables, telephone line ducting and gaslines.

Mike Hehir, Site Manager,
David Durkin, Senior Engineer

Mike has 20 years experience in the building industry and worked on one of Tavira Development Projects in Ennis, Co Clare which was one of KECO’s most challenging commercial developments.

David Durkin graduated in 2004 with an honours degree in Construction Management and joined KECO in 2007. He previously worked on various projects including Swords Pavilion, Ballymun Regeneration Project in Dublin and Boston Scientific in Galway.

Gerry Kilcoyne, Site Manager
Aidan Cunningham, Senior Engineer

Gerry is a qualified Carpenter and Joiner with 25 years experience in the construction industry. He joined KECO in 2007 and currently deals with all sub-contractors and the supervision and section foremen and engineers.

Aidan graduated with honours in Construction Management in 2006 and joined KECO in 2007. He worked on projects such as Briarhill Shopping Centre and NTSP Building, NUI Galway. He is responsible for the development of site programmes and budgets.

Noel O’Halloran, Site Manager
Donal Cotter, Site Manager

Noel has over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry and oversees all work from site clearance to completion.

An experienced foreman, Donal has particular responsibility for hire of plant, ordering supplies, liaising between client and sub-contractors and the organizing of works ie. plastering and electrical plumbing.

Declan Cotter, Site Manager

Declan has been involved in Building Construction for 20 years and is experienced in Groundworks ie; footpaths and driveways, electrical, plumbing and painting. He also liaises with clients and sub-contractors.
